Bringing the wisdom of philosophies and practices that are thousands of years old; yoga is a transformative practice that heals and strengthens the body and mind. The more you practice yoga; the freer you begin to feel in your body.

I have trained as a teacher in hatha and vinyasa yoga and also studied and practiced hridaya yoga in depth.
